The consistent highest quality of our solutions, the satisfaction of our customers and employees, the highest level of environmental protection, sustainability and Green IT as well as optimal value creation are all equally important overall goals of tde – trans data elektronik GmbH. At the same time, they represent our values and are thus the basis for our innovation and industry leadership in MPO technology.

As a market-oriented company, we meet and even exceed the requirements and expectations of the market. With our quality policy and our expertise, we occupy a leading position in the market. To secure this long-term market position, we continuously set the highest standards for our product and service quality, develop sustainable and energy-efficient innovations for the future and improve our processes. We always design our products to be outstanding in terms of quality and customer benefit. In this way, they help to consolidate trust in our performance and win new customers. At the same time, it is our goal to consolidate and expand our position in a competitive environment as a premium quality provider and MPO technology leader with the claim "Made in Germany".
Customer orientation
We always focus on the needs of our customers and stand by them as a high-performance, professional and reliable partner. Our customers set the standards for the first-class quality of our products. Our solutions are very competitive, safe and highly environmentally compatible in application. In product development, we pay attention to environmentally friendly raw materials and energy-efficient, sustainable design. We respond quickly and individually to customer requests. As our products are standardised, we can deliver them within short deadlines and also provide services within the shortest possible time. By stocking standard components, we can realise the shortest delivery times and are highly reliable. tde solutions are highly reliable, offer 100% failure safety with 0% complaints and thus make a decisive contribution to the success and satisfaction of our customers.
Employee orientation
tde's high performance and quality is only possible with motivated and satisfied employees, a healthy working atmosphere and attractive framework conditions. We maintain an open and transparent corporate culture with constructive discussions and mutual appreciation. We involve all employees in the continuous improvement process, actively shape it and thus promote innovation. We achieve our quality and environmental goals through the independent action of all employees in cooperation with the management. tde guarantees its employees the best possible working conditions and takes care to maintain their health.
Environmental orientation
The preservation of the environment and our nature is of particular concern to us. That is why tde makes an active contribution to more environmental protection: resource-saving, energy-efficient and sustainable production and development of tde solutions take a high priority in our corporate actions. In everything we do, we strive to keep the impact of our production and our products on the environment as low as possible. To this end, we identify environmental risks and implement appropriate control measures to minimise them. We avoid or minimise environmental pollution and nuisance, use environmentally friendly raw materials and supplies, and employ environmentally friendly manufacturing processes. We minimise transport distances by developing and manufacturing our cabling solutions, without exception, at our German site in the district of Osnabrück. Our goal is continuous development and constant improvement.
Continuous improvement
In order to not only maintain our market and technology leadership in MPO multi-fibre technology, but to expand it even further, we are working on the continuous improvement of product, process and service quality. We reduce environmental impact and at the same time increase the speed of our business processes, our productivity, our energy efficiency and sustainability. We always take feedback from customers, employees or partners seriously and incorporate this information into the continuous improvement process of our company.
Three times certified – twice audited
At our locations in Dortmund (sales) and Bippen/Ohrte (production), we work according to the quality guidelines of ISO 9001:2015 from development and production to goods issue and place customer orientation at the centre of our quality management.
As the protection of our environment for present and future generations is the most important task of our time, we at tde face up to this task and act consistently in accordance with the specifications of the environmental standard ISO 14001:2015.
As the only German network specialist, tde was already able to present the ISO certificate TL 9000 for the telecommunications industry in 2002 and has been certified it again since 2018. The TL 9000 is based on ISO 9001 and is a quality standard for providers of telecommunications components or services. It ensures operational consistency, quantifies performance results, creates a method for collecting and measuring quality and performance data, and helps improve customer service and overall customer satisfaction.
In addition, tde is audited by Deutsche Telekom and Deutsche Bahn.
