Gregor Meier joins tde as sales manager

Dortmund, March 4, 2026.

Since July 2025, Gregor Meier has been responsible for sales at tde – trans data elektronik, one of the leading providers of passive network infrastructure. In his role, the experienced sales specialist aims to consolidate the company's market position and further expand the partner and customer network as well as the tde sales team. Meier has decades of sales experience in the retail, enterprise, telecommunications, and industrial sectors.

The decision to join tde was an easy one for Meier: “I had already had several points of contact with the company in my previous professional positions. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism, product quality, and competence of the team.” Meier previously held various sales and distribution positions at companies such as Lantronix and Ingram Micro Pan Europe.

In his new role, the Munich native aims to further strengthen tde's position as a quality provider, deepen distribution partnerships, and build a powerful sales team to optimally exploit tde's customer potential. In doing so, he consistently focuses on teamwork: “A single soccer player cannot win a game. Teamwork is a must in sales. If we pursue common ideas and visions, we can help tde grow healthily – then success will come naturally.”

Gregor Meier and the tde sales team will be attending various industry trade fairs in the coming weeks, including fiberdays in Frankfurt am Main on March 25 and 26, Data Centre World Frankfurt on May 6 and 7, AFCEA in Bonn on May 12 and 13, and ANGA COM in Cologne from May 19 to 21.
